Friday Poll
I quite liked the idea of the alphabet poll I did three weeks ago so this Friday I’ve decided to do another.
A is for most recent Accident: Well I side swiped a car last Monday are ripped off their entire bumper. That’s my most recent bad accident.
B is for Bed size: Queen
C is for Current obsession: Applying for jobs so that I can move!
D is for Drink of choice: It depends. My favorite all time drink is eggnog but I’d die without coffee, and I love it too… so coffee too. Coffee of eggnog.
E is for Essential start to your day: Coffee. If I don;t have coffee I literally won’t function.
F is for Favorite color: Turquoise
G is for Gummy bears or worms: Worms, cause they’re sour.
H is for Height: 5’2. On a good day.
I is for Instruments you play: I don’t technically play any but I dabble at the ukulele and the keyboard.
J is for you favorite piece of Jewelry: My mom’s wedding ring from my dad.
K is for the most random food that you eat with Ketchup: Uhm, I like ketchup on basically anything. Probably ketchup on hash browns, but I don’t think that’s too abnormal.
L is for favorite kind of Lunch meat: I like turkey, chicken, honey ham, and salami but my favorite is probably Lebanon bologna. An odd lunch meat which I’ve come to realize is not well known my the norm population. It’s a sausage of sorts that originated from Pennsylvania. My mom is from Pittsburgh, PA and probably ate it all the time when she lived there which is why I assume she continued to buy it here (in CA) and raise me and my brothers on it. Long enough explanation?
M is for your favorite brand of Makeup: Bare Escentuals.
N is for nicknames: Dori, D Dave, derp.
O is for how many Oceans you’ve been to: Only to the Pacific but I saw the Atlanic when I was in NY, does that count?
P is for Pet Peeve: Oh gawd. I can’t even. I have too many. One of the biggest ones is people without common sense manners though. That bugs the hell out of me.

R is for the current book you are Reading: The Hunger Games
S is for Siblings: I have two older brothers.
T is for Tumblr, do you have one?: Uh, jesss. Everyday I’m tumblin.
U is for Ugg boots, do you own any?: Um, no. No thanks.
V is for a Vegetable you dislike: Sprouts. I hate how they’re crunchy and how there’s way too many of them in my chow mein noodles.
W is for 10 places Where you want to travel and have never been before: New Orleans, London, Vancouver, Paris, Berlin, Sydney, Seattle, Stockholm, Croatia, Nantucket.
X is for your favorite gift you got last X-Mas: My Nike Tenkays. They were the first gift I opened. I was in a really bad mood that morning and wasn’t in the mood for celebrating or opening presents but my brother Chris made me be the first one to open a present so he handed me a wrapped box from him. I unwrapped it to find an Amazon box which did not thrill me. Inside the Amazon box was a Nike box and without even opening the box to see the shoes, I knew it had to be the Tenkays that I wanted so, so bad. The shoes I didn’t ask anyone for. I didn’t even tell anybody that I wanted them. But there they were. My first present on Christmas morning and it brought me from being in the worst mood ever to the best mood ever. And that’s my brother for you. He’s my best friend and knows me inside and out and accepts me for who I am better than anyone else. He knows exactly what to say and what to do to make me happy without any input from me. I literally have the best brother ever. And if you’re reading this Chris: OH HAIS!!! :3
Y is for Yummy food you make: Popovers/Yorkshire pudding, french toast, cookies, all the trimmings that come with Thanksgiving dinner.
Z is for your favorite animals at the Zoo: Giraffes, penguins and meerkats. But most just giraffes.

A is for most recent Accident: Last car accident–1996 I think. Someone drag racing slammed into the back of me when I was stopped at a light, pushed me into the car in front which hit the car in front. I believe this is what caused my fibromyalgia and cognitive difficulties.
B is for Bed size: King
C is for Current obsession: House MD, nailpolish, Tokidoki
D is for Drink of choice: Usually herbal tea. Today, Orange Crush
E is for Essential start to your day: Pain meds.
F is for Favorite color: all shades of pink
G is for Gummy bears or worms: Both, not sour
H is for Height: 5’2.5″
I is for Instruments you play: Piano, handbells, tiny bit of violin, sing. (Want to learn cello, bagpipes, more violin, electric guitar).
J is for you favorite piece of Jewelry: My engagement ring (belonged to DH’s grandmother) and my wedding ring.
K is for the most random food that you eat with Ketchup: Burritos. Don’t judge.
L is for favorite kind of Lunch meat:Boars Head Sausalito Turkey
M is for your favorite brand of Makeup: Tokidoki, Makeup Zombie
N is for nicknames: Angel, Headacheslayer, Thumper, “Brom” (Bro Mom lol my son made that up)
O is for how many Oceans you’ve been to: Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea (my fave).
P is for Pet Peeve: Using the wrong word. Like there instead of they’re or their; irregardless instead of regardless. English major snob.

S is for Siblings: I have two younger sisters, and 2 BILs. My husband’s brother is as much a brother to me as if we were siblings.
T is for Tumblr, do you have one?: no
U is for Ugg boots, do you own any?: NO fugly!
V is for a Vegetable you dislike: Brussel Sprouts. *shudder* also rutabegas and beets.

X is for your favorite gift you got last X-Mas: uhhhhh *blank* Oh! Hubby got a job!
Y is for Yummy food you make: Reubens, beef stroganoff, chicken kiev, le coq au vin, rum balls, cheesecake, “copycat” recipes like Outback’s Alice Springs Chicken

I is for Instruments you play: I can play the piano, I just can;t read music very well

K is for the most random food that you eat with Ketchup: on homemade tacos, some ppl think its nasty but I don’t
L is for favorite kind of Lunch meat: lowfat turkey
M is for your favorite brand of Makeup: My faaav brand is called Youngblood Mineral Make-up. Its expensive and hard to find. The kind I use on a regular basis is Mac
N is for nicknames: Steph, Ste, Stesha. Stephanie Lauren or Lauren (when I get in trouble my mom simply calls me lauren)
