OPI 2012 Breast Cancer Awareness Pink of Hearts Collection
October is breast cancer awareness month and as usual, OPI has released pink polish (this year two!) in honor of BCA. Let’s a have a look, shall we?
I Think in Pink. A sheer medium-light bubblegum pink creme. This polish is slightly sheer so it can be worn sheer-ish with one coat but it’s a tad too streaky for my liking and I much prefer it worn with three coats so the color is denser and it’s full opaque.
You Glitter Be Good to Me. A sheer base filled with small light pink silver-ish square glitter and larger pin-fuchsia hex glitter. This here is is two coats. I think it probably would have looked better and more dense with three coats. It’s one of those polishes where it can be worn dense in not too many coats yet it’s also sheer enough to layer over other polishes, which is how I like this polish best…
One coat of You Glitter Be Good to Me over three coats of I Think in Pink.
Both polishes have flawless formula and application. Perfection in a bottle, just like I have come to expect from OPI. This duo set is available for a limited time though the end of October and retails for $14.95.
