The first part of Zoya’s Fall 2012 collection is the Designer set consisting of 6 darky and vampy creme polishes. First off:
Evvie. A medium-dark grey creme that’s ever so slightly got a tinge of teal in it. It’s not too unique considering it’s just a gray creme but I don’t own any dupes of it in my collection of many so I guess it’s unique enough, as far as grey cremes go. This is two coats.
Noot. I realize that Zoya attempts to name all their polishes after female names but this one seems just a bit far fetched to me. I have never known anyone by the name Noot and all this polish really makes me think of is:
…yeah. Noot is a dark swamp-green tinged gray creme. Indoors it looks much darker, almost questionably black, but outdoors in the sun it’s clearly gray. This is two coats.
Rekha. My favorite of the collection! It’s a medium-bright, cool toned, red creme-bordering-jelly. As you can see, there’s still slight VNL at two coats here but in real life, it’s pretty hard to tell.
Toni. My second favorite of the collection. This one reminds me of a re-vamped Essie Angora Cardi. It’s a medium toned red toned purple raisin creme. Perfect for fall. And just like the rest of the collection, Toni has perfection formula and application. This is two coats.
This collection, along with the other half, Diva, are now available online at Zoya.com.
